ABOUT LITTLE TARK LITERARY
The Little Tark Literary Agency was founded by Bakthi Ross in 2017. Established in Morayfield, Brisbane, Australia. The agency handles Children’s Picture books, Middle grade books, Chapter books and some general fiction.
Bakthi Ross independently published numerous children’s illistrated books and general non-fiction books over many years.
After fourteen years as an author and an illustrator, with diplomas in children’s book illustrations, children’s literature and digital illustration, Bakthi was inspired to assist other authors and illistrators to fullfil their dreams to publish their work, by establishing the literary agency. Her extensive involvement with Waxwing, a small press publisher, gave her the experience and qualifications needed to become a successful literary agent.

Leo was scared and thought what could protect him. One morning Leo imagined a strong lion to protect him. When he was with his lion he was safe.
Green leaves
Leaves are shaped to give round, pointy, wavy, curvy shapes, because of stellar motion. It collectively opens to become a foliage of plants. Sometimes it opens one leaf at a time, like a single light beam of a star. Published by Waxwing.
Mexican Shawl
Messima a Mexican Mama collected patterns from nature and made a shawl and it flew away. The shawl did not want to stay on anyone. Finally a donkey asked the shawl to stay on his shoulder and worn it around his body so Messima the Mexican mama can weave a new shawl for the Earth.
One Little Chick
One Little Chick a book about disobeying mother hen’s orders. She stubbornly takes the risk while the preying eagle was about.
